Long time since I've updated my Journal and in the meantime lots of things happened! Probably one of the most interesting things is the fact that I bought myself a brand new camera. For a payable price I dropped my broken Kodak Camera and use a lovely Fuji Finepix S5600 now instead. Though I have to read the user manual to check out all the functions, but I already love it!

Secondly, I've just returned from a two-week holiday in Canada. I have plans for visiting a High School somewhere in Canada after I graduated in Holland, so this trip to Canada was a really great experience. I truly didn't know a thing about Canada, with exception of the stereotypes like the Mounties and lots lots lots of snow. Though, I haven't seen snowflake anywhere, neither a Mountie nor something close to a Mountie. Anyhow, we landed by plane in Montreal, Quebec and stayed there for a couple of days. After that we went to Ottawa, Toronto, Niagara-on-the-falls, Quebec and some other horrible touristy Indian villages somewhere up north. Now, back in Holland everything looks so goddamn small and I'd love to go back for another 2 weeks!

The upcoming days I'll try to submit a few more deviations!

The rjm-photography.com project has been cancelled. I simply do not have enough time and experience to create such kind of site. It has been added to a to-do list though, somewhere in the bottom. Next to that, I've past the 3500 visitors line! You probably have missed it, but in my previous journal (January 25, 2005) I passed the 1000 visitors mark!
